Valentine's Gift Guide for the Ladies

There has been a trend over the last few years renaming Valentine's Day to "Galentine's Day" and why the heck not. When you were in elementary school the best part about Valentine's Day was exchanging those cute little cards amongst your classmates and eating pink, red and white coloured sweets-usually with your BFFs. Oh those were the days, pre-social media, pre-Tinder and before it all got so much more complicated than you could have ever imagined.
Anyway, I love my girlfirends and they have had my back and supported me just as much, if not more, than most boyfriends I have had; so why not celebrate them! Here are my top picks for them or suggestions for you to send your guy's way...

A fun set of new nail polish can just spice up one's day. I love the time that painting my nails gives me. It forces me to stop, back away from my phone and just focus on doing one thing. I usually catch up on some Netflix as I do them. I always feel relaxed and calmed after being done and I Have beautifully done nails. For Valentines's Day you can scoop up some romantic colours in fun names for your Sweetheart or Bestie and give them the luxury of time and focusing on herself.
