WMCFW Day 3~ Triarchy Denim

Everyone loves a good pair of jeans. They have come a long way from being a piece of clothing designed for work to a ubiquitous style staple. I first discovered Triarchy denim two seasons ago at WMCFW and I fell in love with the brand. Created and designed by three siblings, hence the "tri" in the name, it is a truly family business that celebrates the differences and sameness of individuals; something that denim achieves better than anything else in fashion.

This collection Triarchy took us to camp, adding a sense of adventure to the show and a throwback to the time of your youth when all you did was live in jeans. Showcasing beautiful washes of denim along with a wide variety of cuts and colours. My favourite part of the collection was the incorporation of patches and other fabrics with the denim. It's a modern update of the patchwork and embroidered denim we saw in the past and I am excited to see this trend take off, plus we all know I have a thing for a denim onesie ;)
