Gigi Hadid, It Girl and Guess Girl

With the cool temperatures outside along with the draining days of cold and grey, it's no wonder we are all looking for something a little warmer. Gigi Hadid, the it girl of the moment, gracing the cat walks of Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld and the pages of Vogue (January 2015 Issue) is heating up the Spring campaign for Guess.

"Going on 15 years as a Guess Girl, this may be my favourite campaign yet. The collection is so effortless to wear, and fits perfectly in any summer environment," said Gigi Hadid. "I couldn't think of a better place to shoot the campaign then where we did-on the beaches of my hometown in Malibu! So fitting."

Hadid epitomises the effortless Cali-cool of this collection. With her tousled locks and bronzed skin with the minimal make up, it is a refreshing Spring renewal for Guess. The collection includes many pieces that I am coveting for the upcoming season. The sweet eyelets on the white shirts that just fall off the shoulder or the 70s cool of the flare jeans are all calling my name.

This upcoming spring is all about effortless style with a throwback to decades past, the gingham and florals are playful but are given an edge with the stunning leather. Guess has captured this effortless-cool feeling exquisitely, I need that black suit and maxi, and stayed on brand by using It-Girl Hadid. I can't wait to see the rest of the collection and am even more excited for the warmer temperatures to wear them in.
