Calvin Klein is an innovator and trend setter in whatever they do, "No one get's between me and my Calvins?" Growing up I can still remmber the seductive ads for Obsession, Eternity and my first frangrance obsession.... Euphoria! I wanted Euphoria badly, I wanted to be Daria Werbowy, hold the stunning bottle and smell like Euphoria. Calvin Klein grabbed my attention and has held it ever since.

When I heard that Calvin Klein was launching a new fragrance I was excited, not only for the frangrance itself but the campaign that would accompany it. The first time I saw the sensual, voyeuristic ad on YouTube, I wanted Charlie Hunnam and I wantedto be Doutzen Kroes.
If you have not watched this ad, do yourself a favour and press play. If you have, well I shouldn't have to tell you to watch it again.

This past week Reveal was revealed in Toronto at the Arcadian room. Accompanying the launch, Calvin Klein revealed their new fragrance in only a way Calvin Klein can. The Bay on Queen had two beautiful models recreate the energy of the commercial across their store front windows. People were stopped in their tracks and couldn't look away.

Appealing to all of the senses. The evening consisted of a meal based on the notes of the fragrance, accompanied by a CK Ceasar and followed by the visual display in The Bay windows no one is sure to forget. You left feeling revealed by Reveal.

Dave Lackie was kind enough to invite me to dinner, if you don't already follow Dave on twitter don't miss out on the best beauty give aways ever and get on it! Dave and Mavis Fraser, of Coty Prestige Canada, went through the fragrance with us. Divulging the story behind Reveal, "The erotic possibilty of a game between equals. Teasing within sight, but just out of reach. A look is just the beginning."

Reveal is a remarkable fragrance. From the get go the sensual packaging imitates a pillow-we all want to smell that pillow after Charlie Hunnam is through, non? The fragrance is unexpectedly fresh without a floral scent, notes of pink pepper and raw salt greet you followed by a strong sandalwood, vetiver and cashmeran. The fragrance is feminally strong and hints to the erotic possibilty.

It's refreshing to have a secnt that is strong without it being adrogynous, the hints of a musk but with the freshness that can only be feminine. I ADOOORE it. If you're looking for a new fragrance for fall I highly suggest Reveal, allow yourself to be wrapped up in the fantasy and watch the commercial once again.
